Review: Boomi Bar
The boomi bar is a very heathy bar, is made with just a few ingredients, and the taste is not lacking. The bar is hand made, gluten free, and has no artificial ingredients such as sweeteners, preservatives, or whiteners. The bar gives you long-lasting energy for a workout and can be used as a meal replacement from time to time.
What I like about this bar is that it’s super simple. It has only a few ingredients and they are all functional and taste great. This is not rocket science! This is a simple, great tasting, healthy food bar for a decent price.

The Pro bar is the most delicious bar I’ve had lately, and I’ve been eating a lot of bars these days. The ingredients are very healthy and tasty. The bars are all formulated with organic seeds and nuts, such as Brazil nuts and cashews. The Pro bar really got my attention because of its amazing taste, crunchy-chewy texture and the fact that it’s full of nuts and whole foods. This bar will easily replace junk snacks and you won’t feel any need for more. The bars are slightly caloric, as anywhere from 350 to 450 calories per bar…and with anywhere from 6 to 9 grams of protein each, these are truly meal replacements. The nuts give you healthy omegas and fatty acids. There’s plenty of fiber, vitamins and minerals too.
The Organic Food Bar is one of the my personal favorites. The taste is not that sweet or sugary. It’s healthy, with 90% raw ingredients and with 300 calories, I don’t feel hungry for hours. Its focus is on nutrition, so it makes a great healthy snack or even a meal replacement. It contains flaxseeds, raisins, carrot and beets which contribute to a healthy colon. The blueberry and the broccoli are high in antioxidants and fiber is not lacking, with brown rice protein, flax and quinoa sprouts, sesame seeds, and broccoli sprouts. The Quinoa and sesame seeds provide calcium and the almonds are good for relaxing the body, so you can eat your bar any time of the day.
