Salba seeds are the latest trend in health foods. They reduce lactic acid build-up which helps eliminate cramping and burning after working out. These bars are kosher, gluten free, vegan and and do not use GMO ingredients. The taste is excellent and although the price is a bit higher than other bars, the quality and taste are worth it.
