Review: Vitalicious VitaTops & VitaMuffins
June 7th, 2009
I’ve heard about eating sweets and losing weight; but to be honest, I never completely believed it. I know that the concept is to curb your appetite with a filling snack that has very few calories, but I wondered if the concept really works. Now with these VitaTops cookies I think it may be possible. The cookies are very low in calories and after eating one, I felt super satisfied for a couple of hours. It is a smart snack for any occasion, sugar-free and great tasting.
The Vitalicious brand has several vital and delicious choices for healthy, low-calorie snacking…such as VitaMuffins, VitaMix, VitaCake and VitaBrownies. The muffins have plenty of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals and is a great meal replacement or snack food for kids…and you can even get the mix and bake them yourself, saving plenty. Just be aware that the muffins contain wheat, eggs, gluten and nuts, in case of allergies.
Overall, these are great dieting products that don’t cost too much and offer decent nutrition and appetite control.
