The boomi bar is a very heathy bar, is made with just a few ingredients, and the taste is not lacking. The bar is hand made, gluten free, and has no artificial ingredients such as sweeteners, preservatives, or whiteners. The bar gives you long-lasting energy for a workout and can be used as a meal replacement from time to time.

What I like about this bar is that it’s super simple. It has only a few ingredients and they are all functional and taste great. This is not rocket science! This is a simple, great tasting, healthy food bar for a decent price.

The taste is quite good…sweet, but not sugary…it’s sweetened with honey and dates, which you can taste in each bite. The almonds are whole nuts and very tasty and the bar is quite crunchy and chewy.
