Your reactions sound severe, so I'd recommend getting tested so you know exactly what caused the problem. You don't want to run into it again accidentally in some other healthy food. Good luck! I began to feel better about 4 hours after that, must contain some sort of diuretic, but 10 hours later, I still don't feel back to normal. just a warning to others out there to be careful. Haven't had allergic reaction in the past to anything.
